When listing your property, the thing you should do is visit our offices and meet our property executive& rental team, so that we can acknowledge the services needed, answer all your questions and have an easy & organized enrollment of your unit. The property executive will let you know what you need for vacation rentals to make sure your unit´s presentation is suitable and you meet all the requirements.

We´ll ask from you a few requirements, principally are going to ask you to give us an inventory of the contents of your property, with this list we will create a digital inventory for your units file, so that our team is in charge of verifying the contents; last but not least we will have you sign, with us the subscription of your property and permits necessary for its promotion & your consent to represent you.

The subscription to our rental marketing program has a cost of $ 280 usd dollars, which includes professional photographs, for: Our website, social, media, magazines and other Marketing diffusers that our company uses and in which your property will be published.

1st year fee $280 usd

2nd year and after $99 usd p/year

It includes the attention of a:

  • Rental team force, on sight Mon –Sat. We deliver fast response & attention to all requests, we work every day on all marketing platforms to generate more exposure for are units.
  • Concierge 12/7-365: With transportation to offer all clients, + services such as shopping for groceries before arrival, or right after airport pick-up. (With extra charge)
  • Online rental agents (business hours).
  • Supervisor-payment division, all incomes- on office sight.
  • A vanguard reservation system on line, self-booking. 24/7-365
  • Promotion on Alternative rental sites.

We promote all rental properties, on our company website, booking platforms and directly. Online payments & calendars are managed and updated with a channel manager for synchronicity.

After the visit to your property and once we have completed all the listing requirements, your property will be approved to be listed. A day will be assigned for Photoshoot, so that you have the appropriate photographs for units your promotion.

Concierge

Besides the services mentioned above, as a service for being your administrator whenever you have guest, friends, or family over to your unit. We offer our concierge at your service during business hours, at No-charge, to meet and greet them.

This feature excludes, late check- ins * when there is a rental agreement between you and your guest, if this is the scenario we will offer this service with a moderate fee of $20 usd. Late arrivals* will have an additional $15 usd fee.

  • Late arrival: Arrivals are considered from 5:45 pm -9:00 pm
  • Please note: If you decide to promote your unit for rental and we do not administrate your unit please consider the information here below
  • It is important that before the rental guest arrives, you turn in the unit fully clean to our concierge for the pre-arrival inspection; if you have your own cleaner we must have her contact in case any situation.
  • If your cleaner will be providing the cleaning services promised to guest during the guest stay, it is important he/she can adapt to the date scheduled by guest and time. If you decide you want this service provided by our office personal during guest stay, we may provide with and extra charge, and return your unit clean after check-out.
